Count us in!  Depending on when ya do it, we might not have our lift installed yet though.

Lift not needed for this trail.  You could literally drive off the dealer lot and go straight to the trailhead.

It's not undoable in a 96 saturn SL2.

Might be nice, could do another new to Jeeping run in April here and pick up the badges. Just a thought

they close PM in the winter though.

No lift needed for that trail.  And most of the trail system is for motorcycle and atv’s.

If we can get one for Peter's Mill, why not one for Flagpole? How did the Peter's Mill run get added to the list?

Tysons II should qualify now.  Honor has no meaning.

John

There is some truth to this.  It's more difficult to navigate Tysons II than Peters Mill.

It's a members-only link detailing the club rules for winter trail rides. Posting it below.

The Trail Rides and Land Use Committee (TRC) has agreed to the following policy concerning the hosting of rides during winter months.  Northern Virginia Jeepers Association will not host any club sponsored rides to any public trails from the first of January through the first of April. A club sponsored ride is defined as any ride posted in a public forum that is hosted, set up, or lead by any officer, BOD, or TRC member. We will NOT police picture posting from wheeling in these areas during this period.  This three month closure coincides with the forest service closing of several trails within the state of Virginia in order to allow for the trails to self heal.

I'd be down for this....nice chance to get the wife behind the wheel. Maybe she'll be more apt to enjoy Jeeps if she gets some time behind the wheel.
2008 JKUR on 35's, with a whole list of planned upgrades.....
